The diagnosis is free and is done in the shortest possible time. After the diagnosis, we will communicate the price offer and the time required to recover the data.

After accepting the price offer, the data recovery process from the affected storage device begins. Recovery involves extracting the data from the media.

The time required for data recovery varies depending on the device and the problem.

After data recovery, the client will be contacted to establish the way to return the data and the payment method.

At the customers choice, the data will be returned on Memory Card, USB Stick, Hard Disk or Online, depending on the volume of data.

The storage medium on which the data will be returned can be made available by the customer or by us for a fee.
